In 2020 Aquanor and Ice Fresh seafood, joined together to formalize our long standing relationship and position in the US Market.

In 2023 we rebranded to Aquanor Ice Fresh as a way to solidify the partnership and bring the supply closer to the US market.

Ice Fresh

Ice Fresh Seafood is the Icelandic sales arm of Samherji, one of Icelands largest and most consistant producers of seafood.

We are a vertically integrated company that covers all fields of the seafood industry, harvesting, farming, production, logistics and marketing.

Located in the heart of Boston’s food distribution center, Aquanor operates under stringent quality and sanitation specifications that more than exceed the federally mandated HACCP seafood inspection program. All seafood arrivals are inspected and graded in a state-of-the-art Quality Control Lab. The superb sanitation standards at Aquanor’s facility have been noted by all who visit.
